Kirsty is our physiotherapist with a passion for women’s health.
She will help you with female pelvic floor and pregnancy-related conditions including but not limited to:

  • Stress incontinence
  • Prolapse
  • Overactive bladder
  • Faecal incontinence
  • Pelvic floor pain
  • Abdominal separation
  • Pelvic, hip and back pain
  • Bladder conditions associated with neurological conditions like Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease

She also provides post-natal check-ups from 6 weeks after birth.

Your physiotherapy treatment may include:

  • Pelvic floor strengthening or relaxation exercises
  • Pessary fitting to support the bladder, bowel or uterus
  • Stretches and dilators for tight pelvic floor muscles
  • Electrical stimulation for the bladder or pelvic floor muscles
  • Exercises for your core, hip and buttock muscles
