Thank you to All Abilities Futsal and Chris for giving Dean the honour to present the new uniforms. From Dean and all of us at Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy Clinics we wish you good luck for the Nationals in January.Sometimes in life you find some amazing people, who have a knack for making amazing things happen. This post is about recognising those amazing people.
In the middle of our recent fundraising adventures I spoke with a friend of mine Dean Lawler, who when told about why we were doing he just said "done!!!!" Thanks to this generosity, last night we were able to present the team with their uniforms the we had worked so hard to get. Thank you Dean foe looking after our team both on and off the court, you are. Legend and you have no idea how good that made everyone.
Also last night, myself and Mick Day had the pleasure of telling the guys that they will be representing FNNSW at the 1st ever All Abilities National Championship in January. Alot of work has gone on behind the scenes to make this happen, and to think this has all only been going for a year and a half. Goes to show how good it truly is. Big thank you needs to go to Mick Day for making this happen. You are a truly remarkable man no we are all honoured to be a part of your family.
Also a Big thank you to Cheree Risson, DG Gilbert, Maddy and Sean for all your hard work. It's amazing watching it all pay off.

In every classroom, there may be 3-5 students with dyslexia or dyslexic learning traits. These children will struggle to access the curriculum and participate on the same basis as their peers. ...
Arthritis NSW are doing amazing things raising awareness for a condition that you might not necessarily see that someone is living with.
They are also busting the myth that it only affects us as we get older. Please like and share there post to help raise awareness.
At SSPC we also do want to help. We have helped hundreds of people in our community living with arthritis and would love to help you too.
If you want to chat with us about how the SSPC team can help you or someone you know living with arthritis then request a call back by sending us a message on FB and we will call you.Today is World Arthritis Day - 12 October!
A very big thank you to the families and kids that have shared their stories over the past week. Also thanks to you, our followers, who have shared these stories all week. We certainly worked together to bust the myth that arthritis is only an older person's condition - we reached tens of thousands of people across NSW!
We want to bust the myth that arthritis is only an older person's condition. In fact 1 in 800 kids in Australia have juvenile arthritis (JIA) and we want the world to know. Our hope is that kids and families in our community who face this challenge daily gain greater understanding and feel like they are not alone.
If you would like to help families in our community that endure these challenges every day, you can donate to Arthritis NSW services that support them. This includes both education and two annual kids camps - Camp Twinkletoes & Camp Footloose - Donate here: bit.ly/2y3qYg7
